At Elizabeth Presbyterian Church, there are lots of easy ways to
get connected, including:
Fellowship Time
On Sunday mornings, between worship services, most of the
congregation gathers in the fellowship area to mingle, chat, get
to know each other, and enjoy a bountiful buffet of goodies!
This time between services allows folks who attend one service
to catch up with the folks who attend the other service.
It's a wonderful overlapping fellowship time!
Here is a list of the current
Fellowship Table volunteers. For more information
about how to volunteer for the fellowship table, please contact
Iris Cooper at 303-646-4825.
Greeters
As you walk into EPC, you are greeted with
a smile, a handshake or hug, and welcomed into the worship
service. Our greeters are an important part of our
ministry to the community. These volunteers bring a
closeness to our congregation and get to make lots of new
friends!
Here is a list of the current greeters for the
traditional service and for the
contemporary service. For more information about how
to become a greeter, please contact Barb Floyd at 303-646-4825.
Worship
Do you like to sing? Join the traditional choir or the
contemporary praise team and be a part of our music ministry.
You can be an usher, or your kids can be acolytes and take turns
lighting the altar candles at the opening of our traditional
service. To learn more, check out our
Worship Ministry page.
Missions & Outreach
If you feel called to give something back, to help people in
need around Elizabeth, the Denver area, or the world, we can
hook you up with the opportunity you seek. Check out our
Mission & Outreach Ministry.
Children's Ministry
If you would like to work with the children, you can volunteer
in Sunday School, Children's Church or Vacation Bible School.
Look on our
Children's Ministry page to see where you might fit in.
Christian Education
If you would like to take the information
we have learned about Christ and teach them to other faithful
people, you may be interested in teaching a small group study or
Sunday School. Look on our
Christian
Education page to see where you might fit in.
Family Life
Get involved as a family in one of our Family Life activities.
Whether it's an old fashioned Hymn Sing, a Barn Dance, a
Colorado Rockies game, or a picnic, it is sure to be fun.

Family Life area.
Deacon Ministry
The people of the EPC Community can take
refuge in the fact that each person or family has a deacon who
prays for them in times of joy and in times of need.
Members of our congregation are divided up into Care Groups,
each of which is overseen by one of our deacons. If you
are new to our congregation or do not know the name of your
deacon, please contact Susan Leonard at 303-646-4825.
In addition to prayer, the EPC deacons help Care Group members
in other ways. They provide meals for the family during
illnesses or hospital stays, rides to doctor appointments, help
with crisis financial situations, home and hospital visitation,
and notification of upcoming EPC events, for example. We
also reach out to those outside our congregation who are in need
of help. It is with servant hearts that the deacons of
Elizabeth Presbyterian Church act as the hands and feet of
Christ. We look for ways to serve this congregation and
the community and we welcome input. For more information,
you can access the
Deacon Ministry page.
Food Bank
At the Elizabeth Food Bank, families in
need will find food donated and freely given by the people of
Elizabeth Presbyterian Church, as well as several other
churches, community organizations and caring people who wish to
share the love and compassion of Jesus Christ.
For more information about the Elizabeth Food Bank, you can
access the Food Bank page or contact
Susan Leonard at 303-646-4825.
