Christian Education
Our
mission for Christian Education is to take the things we have
learned about Christ and teach them to other faithful people who
will in turn teach the same things to others. (2 Timothy 2:2).
We
accomplish our mission by teaching in small group studies, Sunday
School, Children’s Church and Vacation Bible School. We use
published materials, but we seek to be creative in using individual
people’s gifts to help both adults and children incorporate the life
of Christ into their own lives. The idea is to provide the personal
shepherding needed to experience the presence of Christ – and walk
with him each day of life, not just on Sunday.
Children’s Church
For
children ages four to seven, we offer Children’s Church during the
Contemporary
worship service. The children are invited to sit with their families
for the first part of the worship service, participate in the
pastor’s special children’s time incorporated into each service,
then head downstairs to Children’s Church, where they get to
continue their learning in a joyful environment.

Vacation Bible School
Every
summer, primary school children from all over the neighborhood are
invited to join us each morning for one week. There are always lots
of fun things to do and learn.
