When we are too sure that we understand everything about God, we lose the opportunity to learn from God. Nicodemus was incredibly educated on God and the traditions of the faith. And yet, he came to Jesus to find out more. He humbled himself that maybe there was more for him to learn. Our faith journey's cannot help but be strengthened by asking God to reveal things we do not yet know so that we are not bound by our own limitations.
