Moses does not feel that he is qualified to do God's work. But God asks him to throw down his staff (what is in his hand) and God touches it, changes it, and gives it back to Moses, so that Moses knows that God can use anything and anyone to do God's will. What do we have that we need to give over to God so that God can use it and us to do God's work?
